Bookings are valid only for the name and number of visitors entered.

General Conditions

  1. Booking Requirements:
    1. All bookings must be made online via our website or mobile app.
    2. Entry is allowed only for the selected date & time slot.
  2. Visitor Responsibilities:
    1. Visitors must follow all park rules and instructions provided by staff.
    2. Any misconduct may lead to cancellation of entry.
  3. Safety Guidelines:
    1. No littering, alcohol, smoking, or loud music inside the park.
    2. Visitors must stay on designated routes and not disturb wildlife.
  4. Prohibited Activities:
    1. Drone flying, commercial photography, and restricted equipment are not allowed.
  5. Data Usage:
    1. Your mobile number is used only for OTP verification and booking updates.
    2. We do not sell or misuse your personal data.

Liability

Mangrove Parks and Mumbai Mangroves Cell are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising during your visit. Visitors enter at their own risk and must follow safety guidelines.

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect new policies or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
