Policy Details

  1. No Cancellation:
    1. Once a booking is made for a park visit, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. No Refund:
    1. All payments made are final and non-refundable.
    2. This includes situations such as personal emergencies, travel delays, or incorrect bookings.
  3. Rescheduling Eligibility:
    1. Rescheduling is only allowed if:
      • The park is officially closed due to government orders, weather conditions, or safety reasons.
    2. Rescheduling requests will be processed based on slot availability.
  4. No-Show Policy:
    1. If a visitor does not show up for their booked slot, the booking will be forfeited.
    2. No refund or reschedule will be provided.
  5. Incorrect Information:
    1. Bookings made with incorrect visitor details cannot be refunded or modified.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or operational closures, the management may review rescheduling requests at its sole discretion.
