You can book your visit online through our official website. Choose your date, time slot, number of visitors, enter your details, and complete the payment. A confirmation message will be sent to your mobile number and email.
No. At the moment, bookings cannot be changed or rescheduled. Please select your date and time carefully before confirming payment.
Tickets are non-refundable as per our policy. Refunds are issued only when payment is deducted but the ticket is not generated due to technical issues.
In such rare cases, we will offer an alternate visit date. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be provided.
No. A digital ticket or booking confirmation received on your WhatsApp/SMS/email is enough. Please show it at the entry gate.
